HEX3D is an Australian fashion studio specialising in original 3D-designed and 3D-printed jewellery, accessories, and apparel. All pieces are digitally designed and produced in small batches or made to order in our Sydney studio.

Are your designs original?

Yes. All HEX3D pieces are original designs created in-house using 3D modelling software. Our designs are not mass-produced and are exclusive to HEX3D.

How are your products made?

Each piece begins as a digital design, which is then 3D printed layer by layer and carefully finished by hand. Some designs combine 3D-printed elements with traditional textile or jewellery techniques.

What materials are used in HEX3D products?

HEX3D jewellery pieces are made using high-quality 3D printing materials including recycled PETG filament and metal components.

Are your products sustainable?

We aim to minimise waste by producing items on demand or in small batches.
3D printing allows for efficient material use, and we continue to explore recycled and low-impact materials where possible.

Are 3D-printed items comfortable to wear?

Yes. Our designs are engineered to be lightweight and flexible where required, allowing them to move naturally with the body. Each piece is tested for comfort before release.

How durable are HEX3D products?

Our products are designed for regular wear, but like all fashion items, they require care. While 3D-printed materials are strong, they can be affected by excessive force, heat, or improper handling.

How should I care for my HEX3D jewellery or accessories?

To keep your piece in its best condition:

A.- Avoid exposure to high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods

B.- Do not bend, crush, or overstress structured areas

C.- Keep away from water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals

D.- Store flat or in the original packaging when not in use

Can I clean my HEX3D item?

Yes. Gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive materials, solvents, or cleaning chemicals.

Can HEX3D pieces get wet?

We recommend avoiding water exposure. Remove your piece before swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent damage or discolouration.

Are the materials safe to wear?

Yes. All materials used are selected for wearability and skin contact. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll provide additional material information.

Will my piece look exactly like the product photos?

Each HEX3D piece is digitally designed but individually printed and finished.
Minor variations in texture, colour, or surface detail may occur — these are a natural part of the 3D printing process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll assist you in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?

Yes. We offer custom and bespoke design services, including colour variations, size adjustments, and one-off pieces.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most items are made to order or produced in small batches.

Please allow:

A.- 3 business days for production

B.- Additional shipping time depending on your location

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both within Australia and internationally.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Custom or bespoke items are final sale unless faulty.
