Many of our items are made to order or produced in small batches.

3 business days for production and processing before dispatch

 

Production times may vary depending on order volume, customisation, or availability. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided by Australia Post.

International: Varies by destination and customs processing

4. Shipping Costs

B.- Package size and weight

C.- Selected shipping service

 

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

HEX is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

A.- Please contact us as soon as possible

B.- Provide your order number and any relevant details

 

We will work with Australia Post to investigate and assist where possible. Resolution times depend on Australia Post’s investigation process.

HEX has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

 

9. Changes & Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production or shipping has commenced.
